Basic work for any solicitor. Phone around and get a few quotes.0

Location of the house is irrelevant, any NI solicitor can act. As suggested get a few quotations, I could recommend one but they wouldn't be cheap.0

Look for a fixed price quote rather than a percentage of what the house sells for.0
