Valuation done ....what now?

Hi
FTB here,
We did our mortgage app Monday 9th Jan.
Valuation was done Tuesday 24th we have still not heard back regarding our mortgage offer.
It's really starting to make me feel nervous that something is wrong. Should I be concerned? Our application was done with NatWest. Our solicitor seems to be working faster than our lenders at the moment.

Any advise?

    That's not a long time, at all really worth giving them a call though as we were told verbally a few days before the written offer actually came
