Hi,
I suffered from an illness resulting in a long term sick. I am better and have recently starting working again.
Are there any lenders who would consider only one months wage slip for a shared ownership home? I have a substantial amount for a deposit so would only be looking at a smallish mortgage on the share I would be buying.
I had no intentions to buy for a while but this S/O is likely the only way I would be able to enter the property market alone.

Could you suggest any lenders? or are there specific brokers I should seek advise from? The HA have advised I need to go through TMP for my mortgage?0 -

My broker said you need to be out of a probation period. I've just started a new job and thankfully don't have one. He said its not an issue how long I've been there, as long as probation period is clear.0
