HI
We are with northern rock and our fixed rate is ending november, we havent a clue how to go about changing and who the best would be etc, we only owe 41,000 over 20 years now
how do we go about changing, we havent a clue when it comes to mortgages and money, hope someone can help?

This company helped us find a discounted rate and they don't charge a fee. I think that they are independent.

With a mortgage of that size, you would more than likely be best switching to a new loan that has no fees at all - Woolwich have an excellent lifetime tracker, or there are some reasonable fixed rates around with no fees too.
