2. Competition details form part of these terms and conditions.
3. The Competition runs from 27/01/2017 until midnight 30/01/2017. Entries received after this time will not be put forward for the draw.
4. Entry is open to residents of the UK except employees (and their families) of ao.com, the suppliers of the prizes and any other companies associated with either ao.com or the competitions.
5. Each contestant must RT the post to be in a chance to win.
6. Each user can enter as many times as they want.
7. Due to the nature of competition entries shall not be returned.
8. Winners will be notified through Twitter on or before Friday – 03.02.17
9. Winners will be selected at random. However, should the random selected be a previous winner from the last 6 months, the promoter holds the right to select another.
10. The winner may be required to do a video and written review of the appliance given and must comply with product reviewer guidelines. Should the winner wish to opt out of the review, we reserve the right to reclaim the prize to give to another entrant.
11. Winners must redeem their prizes within one month, failure to claim within this time period could result in loss of prize. AO Retail Limited will not be responsible for delay caused by third parties.
12. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding in all respects on all entrants. No correspondence will be entered into. Entries that do not comply in full with these entry terms and conditions will be disqualified.
13. Failure to respond and/or provide details for delivery, or failure to meet the eligibility requirements may result in forfeiture of the prize.
14. The prizes are as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered, unless agreed in writing the prize is non-refundable and non-transferable.
15. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for a prize of equivalent or greater monetary value if this is necessary for reasons beyond its control.
