Marriage allowance on Tax Return

I'm so sorry I've looked hard for the appropriate section so apologies if this is not.
I am employed and self employed. I have completed my tax return today (for the very first time) even although it wouldn't take into account that my spouse has transferred his allowance to me. My tax return calculated that I owed £212.00 more than I do.
My spouse does not need to complete a tax return , he is unemployed.
I have submitted the tax return and it says it would take 1-2 days to process.
What will happen with regards to the £212? Will I have to pay it and wait for a rebate?
Do I get a statement when its processed showing me what to pay? Will it know about the £212?
Please forgive me for being so unknowledgeable, it's my first time, I've been really stressing about this and my self employment is only a handful of hours a week!

The "Cutting Tax" section is probably a better place for this.0
