Tesco Loan Application Help
Hi All
I have a small credit card with Tesco so am registered with their online banking. I am looking at taking a loan out with them to do a little bit of home improvements & have tried applying online. I go onto their main loan page where I put in the amount requested & term, then fill in the details First name, Surname, DOB & Post Code & press next. It then brings me to a page where it says I'm an existing customer & to press log in to continue the application, which I do & I enter my log in details.
It then takes me to my CC account page & not the loan application, I have then tried to press the apply for a loan from the top menu but the same circle happens...
Any ideas before I phone up at lunch?
