    We'll have to wait for 2020 when the next poor sod in HR has had a go at persuading the OP to re-auto-enrol as per the three year rule, and having smashed their arguments into pieces with her oil-tanker-like brain (as in, clearly very large but incapable of manoeuvre) OP feels the need to enlighten people on the Internet via MSE or three-month-old articles in actuary trade magazines.
