20aday, it does feel like a relief already accepting that I need to get out. I think that's half the problem solved. I'm sorry to hear about your past experience with work and depression, how did you solve it? Are you happier now?

Speaking from experience I would recommend to find a job that incorporates your passions and interests.

I left school at sixteen not knowing what I wanted to do and ended up getting two gnvq's and a HND in a subject that I have no interest in.

My passion led me to apply for a job that I'm in now and that I really enjoy. I often spend my free time at the weekends doing exactly what I do at work because I enjoy it so much.

I would recommend looking in to the Motorsport and fitness opportunity's

Sounds awesome. What do you do if you don't mind me asking?

Thank you OP and I'm sorry to hear you're feeling low too-wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy (and I've quite a few of them ;) ).

How did I solve it? A. Visiting my GP and having counselling/medication. B. Finally leaving last May.

Am much happier now-work keep offering me overtime and I keep taking it whilst it's there-feel like I'm being useful if that makes sense.
It's not your credit score that counts, it's your credit history. Any replies are my own personal opinion and not a representation of my employer.

I'm glad for you! Congrats. That's one of my thoughts too is that I don't feel useful. I think we can be our own worst enemies
