    It sounds like they had you marked as vulnerable and shouldn't have sent your case to bailiffs in the first place.

    Have the £305 bailiff fees been removed from your account? If not, you should push for that, and ask your local councillor to help if any problem.

    It's great that you're getting this sorted. The Bailiffs are not allowed to remove certain goods, like a sofa, if this helps. Have you been claiming council tax benefit??

    Yes been claiming CTB but we have to pay a % as in our area no one gets the full CTB.

    No the fees are still on the account but i doubt very much they will take them off now.
