in the end they have set up a new payment plan with me so not really sure why they did that but a load taken off my mind now,0 -

It sounds like they had you marked as vulnerable and shouldn't have sent your case to bailiffs in the first place.
Have the £305 bailiff fees been removed from your account? If not, you should push for that, and ask your local councillor to help if any problem.0 -

It's great that you're getting this sorted. The Bailiffs are not allowed to remove certain goods, like a sofa, if this helps. Have you been claiming council tax benefit??0 -

Yes been claiming CTB but we have to pay a % as in our area no one gets the full CTB.0 -

No the fees are still on the account but i doubt very much they will take them off now.0 -
