Store credit
Hi,
Around 2 weeks ago I purchased a product from currys on their buy now pay in 6 months credit arrangement. All the paperwork was which I thought in order but as I was leaving the store with the item they called me back to whiteness them sign part of it as they had missed. Now two weeks have passed, today I received a call off of a manager at currys which I couldn't answer as I was sleeping (work nights) stating that I need to return to the store today as there is an issue with the credit agreement and if not I will receive letters from there head office which came across quite aggressive and intimidating for a situation i knew nothing about. I'm looking for any advice as to what I should do next.
Thanks in advanced

Contact them, and arrange a time to sign the agreement.0

Hi Totzx and welcome to MSE,
It sounds strange, I would suggest you start by checking your agreement to see if you can see any glaring problems. If not then give them a call back to get to the bottom of this. It could be one of many things, such as perhaps a page hasn't been signed and was missed in the confusion, but you won't know unless you check.
Once you know more, you can then decide how to proceed. Even if the agreement is valid you may decide to complain about how this has been handled and the service you have received. Depending on what the item is and when you went to purchased it, you may still be within your cooling off period and could return the item and exit the contract without any further liability (but you must check your contract for the details as to whether or not this is still an option). Good luck
Laura
