    I have heard of such, visits are usually arranged when people will be at work.

    Does it matter?

    They are only going to look at your house, the size of it, the size of land and count your outbuildings and compare with like within the district

    They are going to be wanting to see how it's furnished

    It's really difficult to focus on your posts with the animated hand.

    It matters in the context of whether or not the visit actually occurred.
