Ours is a whopping 5% after 8pm and before 8am. 10% on Sundays.

I worked 2-10 for years on a shift rota, your rates vary depending on the company and on the work being done. I know someplaces that don't use a shift allowance anymore as they absorbed it into pay rise agreements.

I used to get 10% for 2 - 10, but then it changed to 5% for after 8pm.

I know of many people who do not get extra for working until 10pm, and one person who only gets 5% for working nights.

33% is definitely not the norm!
