Ill health retirement twice?

Hello
20 years ago the NHS retired me on the grounds of ill health and I've been receiving my small pension ever since. I was only 32 at the time!
Five years later, I recovered enough to start working again and I joined the final salary pension scheme in my new job. Now, after working for them for 15 years, I have been advised by occupational health to apply for ill health retirement. It's for various health problems including the one which led to my previous retirement.
Are there any rules against this? Like when insurance exludes you claiming for pre existing condition?
I can't see anything written in the scheme rules but I just want to be sure that there's not some other legal issue.
Thank you

There's no overall legal issue. If both are NHS or other public sector schemes there might be something else. Tell your current scheme administrators about the earlier retirement so they can check if necessary.0
