  • try raising more income?

    you have very little outgoings although you could cut down on entertainment and presents - do you need £240 a year on presents? people would understand smaller, less expensive gifts surely.

    are you eligible for a balance transfer card? i would suspect not if you're consistently over the limit but worth a try so you're not repaying such large amounts of interest!
