I plan to take into work which is a nut free environment so no nuts or seeds can be included.

 I guess it would depend on how fattening you want it to go as it is already pretty calorie heavy.0

            I would say use dried fruits instead? Cranberries, raisins, banana chips, coconut chips, etc
