                    Yesterday, I searched for life of mortgage fixed rates for my new house (moving home) house cost is £260,000 and I have £60,000 to put down, over 25 years and with an ltv of 77%.
The Coventry cam up cheapest at £769 over the term of the mortgage. Yet today when I search it is £818. I'm slightly confused, nothing at all has changed. Why the difference ?

I've checked direct and broker products and can't find anything "fixed for the life of the mortgage" and wondered if he was mixing it up with Flexx for life, which, as we know, is variable...I am a mortgage broker. I'm confused then, because if its Flexx for Term and indeed variable, how can they say this ?
Rate = 1.69 % For Lifetime
Setup Fee = £1007
Monthly Repayment = £769 for 324 months (27 years)0 -
            It's a Coventry-set variable rate for the life of the mortgage, it isn't for a set period with a reversion rate.I am a mortgage broker.
