Missed pension contributions

I'd appreciate any advice on this. The NEST pension company have emailed me several times to say they have reported my umbrella services company for failure to make pension contributions against my earnings. In all, they missed around 14 weeks' contributions, with contributions restarted in November.
Should I take any action over this? Would it be worth moving to Ltd company status before the end of the financial year to correct the situation?
Thanks for any pointers.
