The husbands career change

Hi,
I would really love some information and direction please.
My husband has decided to take a change in career. He's 35 and wants a more hands-on job. He would like to train as an electrician. Can anyone recommend the best way to do this? He currently has a full-time job that he would need to continue with, so courses that run in the evening etc.
Thank you

Do a search on 'training as an electrician' and read through the options. It's taking my nephew 3 years to qualify as an electrician, and he is working 4 days per week with an electrical contractor with 1 day a week at college. I'm not sure how practical it is to get the qualifications whilst also working full time in another area.0
