Mark Hix’s Kitchen Library, nestled up above the iconic Tramshed in Shoreditch, offers a unique chef’s table for 12 guests, surrounded by Mark’s personal cookbook collection. Your evening will start with a signature Hix cocktail in the Library with canap!s and a tour of the CNB Gallery. Then seated around the kitchen bar counter, you can watch as your personal chef cooks a 4 course bespoke menu written especially for you, with a wine paired to each course.
