Remortgage offer received how long for funds??

We've finally received our remortgage offer after a nightmare 6 weeks!! How long should it take now until we get the funds. Think new redemption figures have got to be obtained because the original one expired 2 weeks ago. Whats the usual timescale????

It really depends on which lender you're using - a new redemption figure could be obtained the same day and then you could complete any time after that - some lenders do still require 5 days to request the funds though.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a Mortgage Adviser, so you need to take my word for it.
