CCJ not satisfied welcome finance

Hello

First time poster, but a frequent back seat lurker.

I stupidly took out a loan with welcome finance in 2010, all was going well until I lost my job in 2011.
To cut a long story short I defaulted, was taken to court and had a CCJ for £4300 in 2012. I paid this off in full after 6 weeks.
I've now just checked my credit file and the CCJ is showing unsatisfied, Welcome finance have gone into administration from what I can see and say they have no record of me.
How can I get evidence to provide to Northamptonshire court to turn the CCJ to satisfied?
I've read that if I can provide enough information to the court that I've tried to get evidence that the debt is paid, they will accept that? Has anyone had experience of this ? I can't even remember what debt collection agency was used, I was young, stupid and not switched on.

I apolgise if this is it the wrong place, it's taken me a good hour to try and work out where to post.

Thank you for any help recieved

D

Is there some reason you need this changing ?

You only have another year or so, and it will drop off your file completely !!

  • I think it's more principle that it's sat there unsatisfied when I have paid it, secondly I have a better chance of employment if it's classed as satisfied.

If you paid a judgment, contact the County Court concerned and ask for a Certificate of Satisfaction.

They should hold records on your case.

Be sure to include the official fee of £10 payable to HM Paymaster General. Once a Certificate is issued an amendment is made to the public record and Registry Trust Ltd will notify the credit reference agencies (Equifax, Callcredit, and Experian) of the change within four weeks and records will then be amended.
