Blair Endersby question????

Hi,
I know this company got dissolved in 2011 and apparently Grant Thornton took over the records and customers, my partner had an IVA with Blair Endersby, didn't get any paperwork as the IVA was complete with Blair Endersby about the time it dissolved, phoned Grant Thornton but they have no record of my partner. He needs a completion certificate, does anyone have any idea on where he may get his paperwork from as it seems to be a mystery. Thank you
