  • Thanks for the advice. I think I will offer a settlement of around £300 as that is the absolute maximum I can afford for the foreseeable future. Any advice on wording the settlement letter without acknowledging the debt? Or is the one linked above suitable?

    Don't know what I'll do if they reject a settlement offer, but Ill just have to wait and see I guess.
