Help im in a panick!

Ok started a dmp with cccs. everything seems to be going well. but barclays has just sent me a letter wanting a full payment of my overdraft what i cant afford. has this happened with anyone else with a bank. and hat should i do or expect? im worried. thanks

Hiya, if you contact the CCCS tomorrow, they should be able to tell you what to do. Barclays will just be trying to get in there first and ask for all their money back, but if you haven't got it, you can't give them it, so try not to panic. The early days of a DMP always seem to be a bit rocky, but things will settle down.

hi, yeah it does seem a very daunting task of having to face up to creditiors. especially when they send you letters with really long words which no one in there right mind would speak like. but im glad i have made this attempt to get my life back on track. hope it does work out x

Hi, littlelou. You stick with it. Remember they're only trying to scare you. Don't let it work for them, you are strong. There's nothing they can actually do. CCCS will keep you right.
