Not really true, both rents and house prices are correlated. When there is a big property crash, rents crash as well. And when the next boom come same things happen to both.The thing about chaos is, it's fair.0 -
The first HTB number 1 was 20% interest free for five years, those that did it will be coming up on five years soon. They must all be praying that interest rates stay down here just a little bit longer, or a few more years .....
how is that different from any one else that bought a smaller house with the same mortage, 5 yers ago?
its extremely likely that the HTB person has a lot higher equity than the non HTB buyer0
