paying off creditors offer ?

Hi 14 K of debt 6000 , yorkshire bank 6 ,000 M and s
and 2000 Bank of scotland has any one renegotiated their debt
to get a final settlement thanks Paul
been paying int a dmp for 4 year but not happy with them

I do not know if this will be any help to you but I have managed to get settlements of 80% of my outstanding balances from a few of my creditors.

Is it still with the banks or with a collection agency. I have had 3 make me offers. Blair Oliver Scott (Halifax 4K) said to me during a telephone call i made to them that if i ever had a lump sum just call and they could knock about 1/3 off. IQOR (Next £400) Sent me a letter ofering a substantual discount if i called them, and Cetelem £700 Not with any collector but behind, offeren me 50% off.

So cant hurt to ask, just say you have x amount of money to pau off your debts and can they do anything for you, if they cany just say ok i will spilt it between everyone you owe money to.
