The Official Receiver should notify any creditors of the annulment, plus HMRC.

Where other parties have also been notified of the bankruptcy proceedings, it is also reasonable that they should be notified of the annulment.
Communications to and from HMRC always seem to take a while (and even longer for them to act ) though.

It would probably be worth checking whether HMRC are indeed aware of the annulment.

Knowing HMRC you will most likely be required to pay all the tax that should have been collected, so definitly keep it safely to one side for the time being.

Good advice, fermi - whilst HMRC are permitted to be completely disorganised, we, their clients (what a joke  ) unfortunately are not.
