The Official Receiver should notify any creditors of the annulment, plus HMRC.

Communications to and from HMRC always seem to take a while (and even longer for them to act ) though.Where other parties have also been notified of the bankruptcy proceedings, it is also reasonable that they should be notified of the annulment.
It would probably be worth checking whether HMRC are indeed aware of the annulment.
Knowing HMRC you will most likely be required to pay all the tax that should have been collected, so definitly keep it safely to one side for the time being.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB

Good advice, fermi - whilst HMRC are permitted to be completely disorganised, we, their clients (what a joke  ) unfortunately are not. :mad:I am NOT, nor do I profess to be, a Qualified Debt Adviser. I have made MANY mistakes and have OFTEN been the unwitting victim of the the shamefull tactics of the Financial Industry.
If any of my experiences, or the knowledge that I have gained from those experiences, can help anyone who finds themselves in similar circumstances, then my experiences have not been in vain.
