It maybe a temporary issue but they often finish early0 -
It's still bringing up the message:
"This survey is currently closed. Please contact the author of this survey for further assistance."
Although the closing date on the Top Cashback page still says closing date of 6 February. Maybe they simply close their surveys once they've hit their target number of respondents.0
