Couldn't agree more. The girl I contacted insisted on calling me "Mr. Dudley", and more worryingly she stood up whilst going for a "number 1" .......0 -
I get e-mails which promise to extend parts of the body that I do not have!!!!...How does this work?...
Then there are the SKYPE contact requests - which always come from admirals and drs! - telling me how much they love my photo.....which is worrying as I don't have photos of me online....do these admirals and doctors have access to my camera/photo album?????
I am constantly being offered prescription medication at rock-bottom prices.....ummmmm even cheaper than getting them for free on prescription????....and at least if I go to my chemist I KNOW what I am getting!...What sort of idiot swallows pills that come through the letter box in an unmarked brown envelope?????
And I have lost count of the number of accounts that have been suspended...bank accounts with banks I have never banked with....Apple accounts when I have never had business with them....
The ingenuity of the scammers never ceases to amaze me....but never enough that I actually click to open their oh-so-tempting offers!0 -
Just had 1 today allegedly from Amazon saying someone has ordered a telly from my account. The fact they said Dear Customer and not Dear Mr Peter-the-piper and had an open link to click was enough to get me to delete it. Very real looking so could catch someone unawares.
(ps I did go online to check though)I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.0 -
