First Hi everyone my first post here.
I have the full 35 + years NI contributions but I am only 62. I have been opted out for most of the time. So cannot reach the full new state pension ( £145 ) My GOV calculation is £132. I no longer work so not adding to my NI contributions.
My question is, can I add NI contributions to boost my pension, even though I have over 35 full years?

Yes you can. Voluntary NICs for years after April 2016 up until, but not including, the tax year in which you hit SPA will be worth about £4.45 a week each for a one off cost of about £733 each. Bargain.0
