    I found reading 'cyclecraft' helped me in your situation. It's the basis of 'bikeability' cycle training in schools (and adult classes) and provides some useful guidance if you're feeling nervous about mixing with traffic.

    I have decided to learn how to ride a bike, cause it could help me save a much more money, I hope!
    But I wanna make it as safe as it possible
    I will buy the best cycling protective equipment
    And I am planning to practice only in the early morning when there are almost no people and no cars.
