Hi guys
I am getting my keys to my new flat next week. It does not have room for a tumble dryer, so was thinking about getting a Dri Buddi. But does anyone know if the thing collects the water? Or does it just evaporate?
Cheers

Doesn't it blow out warm air ? Then if so it will evaporate possibly causing condensation problems in cooler rooms0 -
I've got a Dri Buddi tucked in my cupboard for emergencies. It's basically a big hair dryer with a bag over to keep the hot air in. There are some gaps where it all fits together and some warm air escapes so I'd recommend keeping a window open slightly to prevent condensation build up.
It does the job but is a bit noisy - as you're in a flat I'd suggest putting a foam mat underneath to absorb some of the noise.
Other ideas? Is it just under-worktop space that is the problem? Is there space to place a tumble dryer above the washing machine or elsewhere on the worktop? They aren't that heavy. Or in a spare room? In a cupboard?
Or get a washer / dryer - but these are less convenient as you can't wash one load whilst drying another. It depends on your usage as to whether this would be an issue.
Finally, you could get a heated airer:

No 'blow' of air, just slightly warm rails. Cheap to run.:hello:0 -

Thanks for your reply, very helpful. I never actually looked to see if it's a washer/dryer 🙈 I'll wait till I move in and see.0
