Indian Curry Recipe Needed!

Jo1972 - I've never used curry leaves before but a quick google suggests you fry them 1st and take them out after cooking - is that what you do?

Sorry Siamese, only just seen your post. I leave em in, they are like a small bay leaf but smell like garam masala. You can either get them in your main supermarket or if you've got any little Indian shops nearby I'd buy them there fresh. I've always eaten the curries with them in and it's never done me any harm!

On the day this thread was posted I was craving that pepper chicken all day long so had to go shopping especially so I could make it that night and it was YUMMY
