alternative uses for silicone muffin tray???

Options
just found a web site where someone made the eggs for their eggs benedict in their silicone muffin tray- ingenoius I thought! the eggs were a perfect shape then to fit on the muffins.

Apart from sweet and/or savoury muffins, anyone else got any ingenious uses for a silicone muffin tray?

I just thought of one, little fruite jellies but I'm sure you guys can give me more exciting ideas!

  • I've made little pies in an ordinary muffin tray -I'm sure it would work in a silicone one.

What about individual meatloaves ? Or you could put roll dough in them if you have trouble getting rolls all the same size.
  • Oh yes I think meatloaves would work really well.
  • I keep a muffin tray just for yorkshires, they puff up great and never stick.

Including individual portions of leftover herbs in ice. Normal ice cube trays aren't really big enough for these.
