Bank loan from 2006

Hi, don't know if anybody can help, I took out a £4000 loan with mbna in 2006 and made my monthly payment of £113 for a year i then went onto pay 63 payment to my debt management company which paid them £24 per month until September 2013 I have now been taken to court by the solicitors on behalf of the DCA I agreed I owed some of the debt minus the interest 8% interest they have added for 2013-now I agreed to pay £30 per month, they agreed to the £30 per month but only if I admit the full costs. Will I get a ccj ? Should I ask for a caa ? Can they take me to court as the loan was from 2006 ? Should I ask for F&F ?

  • I have received first letter from court and submitted my defence saying I agree to owing some of the money but not all I then received a letter from solicitors asking me to admit all of the claim so judgment can be made they sent me a statement of all payments made through my debt management but none from my bank. It also says you may wish to consider a amicable settlement to avoid more costs .
