I am a Civil Servant (28 years in and counting ..) and I work flexi time.
I am contracted to work 37 hours per week ( 7.24 per day) with core hours being 10am to 3 pm.
I can go 22 hrs 12 minutes up/down and take 3 days flexi per month.
However, I work compressed a working week where I do my 37 hours over 4 days ( so I work 9 hours 15 minutes per day) and I have Monday as my non working day (I can change it if I ask).
I normally work 7am to 16.45 on the days I am in work, which means I provide the late cover (and I dont mind as having a long weekend every week is great !)0
