Sales telesales role play.

I have a telesales advisor interview on Thursday.
I have to do a role play as part of the assessment. ( outbound call). I've been hinted it's going to be based on selling a holiday with other bits.
What open questions can I ask ?
Or what tips can you give me ?
Thanks

When you say other 'bits', are we talking upgrades, insurance or flip flops. The types of questions will vary. I would imagine you'd be given a sheet with product information on. Then it is just a case of steering the customer down a route that leads to that product.
The attitude of the business may also be relevant, do they want you to sell at any cost or are they more interested in you selling the right product to your customer?0 -

You should have a script and opportunity to look over it, so make sure you're sticking to it

Stick to the script, smile a lot... you'll be fine!

Are you allowed to look down at the script or would you have to memorise it?0
