which providers offer the most?

On a salary of £35k, i'm finding most offer anywhere between 122k - 132k

I've heard though i can get up to 140k

Anyone have ideas on who offer these sort of sums?

You could look at a couple of lenders that MAY offer over £140k depending on your circumstances.

  • C&G would do £140k without a whimper so ask for more, I would call a few up and ask for the moon.

Problem is you have to pay whatever the interest rates dictate in future so plan ahead.

Any other oustanding debts/liabilities will impact on the loan amount any lender will agree - so bear that in mind also.
