NHS A4C mileage rates

As my NHS employer has been paying business mileage reimbursement below HMRC levels for some time I am hoping to reclaim tax relief from HMRC under the MAR process (Mileage Allowance Relief).
But I need details of the mileage rates for the years in question - 2012 onwards.
It seems to be made trickier in that NHS A4C rates are reviewed twice a year and actioned shortly after (if any change), rather than keeping things in line with the usual tax year.
Does anyone know where I might find the detailed history of A4C mileage rates and changes over this period ?
What I have so far is (dates just approximate);
2012 44p up to 9000 miles then 22.6p + £760/annum lump sum
2013 67p up to 3500 miles then 24p
2014 56p up to 3500 miles then 20p (and these figures continue to date)

  • Try your payslips?
  • I did do a very quick Google, which suggested to me that NHS rates used to (and may still) follow AA rates. Maybe an enquiry to the AA?
    Ex board guide. Signature now changed (if you know, you know).

    Don't have payslips that far back.
    AA rates help the NHS set the rates but are not the same.
    NHS Employers (the organisation) will know but they won't reply to questions from employees.
    Will have to try a friendly NHS payroll / HR person . . . .
