The prize is for 7 nights at a four star hotel in Cancun, Mexico on an all-inclusive basis.
Travel is subject to availability. Please have a selection of dates available, should your first option not be available.
Prize excludes Valentines, Easter, School Holidays, Bank Holidays (UK & USA), Christmas and New Year.
Prize is valid for 12 months from date of notification
Non UK passport holders may need a visa for this destination, which they should arrange with the Embassy at their own expense.
Prize includes all taxes and surcharges.
Flights

• Departure airport used will be dependent on the availability from winners nearest available international airport.
• A direct flight cannot be guaranteed and will be determined by winner’s chosen date to travel.
• Tickets must be used by the winner and guest together in both directions.
• Once tickets are issued, they are valid for flight and dates shown only.
• Travel insurance is included and is subject to normal terms of acceptance. Pre-existing medical conditions may not be covered. No age restrictions apply.
• The winner and guest must have valid passports. The passport expiry date must be at least six months beyond the duration of the trip.
• Any access, dietry or other special requirements of the winner and their guest must be mentioned at the time of booking.
• Return transfers from airport to hotel are included and will be private.
• Winner and guest must make their own way to departing airport in Scotland.

Hotel

• Hotel is classed as a 4 star and is based on two people sharing a twin or double room with ensuite facilities on an all-inclusive basis.
• Hotel name will be confirmed at time of booking
• All meals are locally produced and drinks are included. Time restrictions may apply.

All-inclusive includes:

• Full board or set menu meals for Breakfast, lunch and dinner
• Snacks and ice-cream
• Local alcoholic and soft drinks
• Activities as listed by hotel
• Entertainment as listed by hotel
• Other facilities as indicated by hotel
• Activities and facilities that are not part of all-inclusive package may incur extra local charges

It is the winner’s responsibility to comply with the visa requirements of Mexico. Approval is at the discretion of the Mexican Embassy and STV cannot be held responsible for this being rejected.
Prize includes Departure Tax for duration of winner’s stay, payable locally to the airport upon departure from Mexico.
Spending money is NOT included in this prize.
Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for a cash alternative.
