    He is sending a letter stating he wants no monthly payments and they have already accepted the deposit originally and know where and how we got it

    What's your girlfriends contribution to the deposit then?

    The bank are lending 85K and in the terms of mortgages its not a great deal is it and my girlfriends isn't contributing any hence the Charge back so the money is return to us if we spilt up its my deposit (my family anyway) her mortgage technically

    josh when you your mortgage was accepted, do you mean the full mortgage application or a mortgage in principle????
