Hi,
So what details are you using now to pay your creditors ?
Are all your accounts still with original creditors or sold on ?
Your credit file will list the debts and who owns them, but will only give you partial account numbers though, that's assuming they are still all on there.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards. I set up direct debits up a few years ago. I've had a look on clear start and can see some of them but no account numbers. Most of my debts were sold on. Thank you for your reply0

Your only option then is to stop paying all together.
Whoever you owe money to will write to you once they stop receiving payment.
You will then have all the information you need to move forward.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards. I did think this may be an option. I don't want to default though0

You have already defaulted, probably years ago, hence why your accounts are all with debt collectors.
They can't default you twice my friend !!!
You cease payment, they will, eventually, write to you asking why, (nothing moves fast where debt collection is concerned) you then get the account numbers etc that you need, and a contact address, you can then decide your next move.
How else do you expect to get this information ?I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards. So your ultimate goal is to reach a settlement on all of your accounts yes ?
Then doing as I have advised is the only way to go about doing this, unless you wait for them all to write to you, just on the off chance.
You said your looking to sort your financiers out, then this is the way to do it.
Good luck.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards. Yes I want to try settle the smaller one and increase the payments on the higher ones and then eventually settle them as well0

When you have the information you need, make 100% positive that any deal is confirmed in writing, and make sure your creditors agree to the terms in this template letter, which you should send to each one, with your settlement offer :
