Hi,
At an Italian resturant we go to, they srve this lovely chicken breat with like a creamy mushroom sauce and i am trying to find out how to make something similiar.
Ive not had much luck trying to search for recipes.
I have got garlic, mushrooms and single cream. Do i just fry a bit of onion/garlic/mushrooms and then add the cream? Will this work?
Thankyou

Hi there
Yep, that will work.... just be careful not to boil the cream to rapidly... add plenty of seasoning
You can also use sour cream, creme fraiche... etc in the same way...-6 -8 -3 -1.5 -2.5 -3 -1.5-3.50 -
One day I might be more organised...........

I like to add a cap ful of brandy to mushroom sauces, its really lovely when you add it . I just buy shops own cheapo brandy for cooking and its fine! Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast :beer:0 -
