NIC history

I went onto the government website to check my mife's NIC record and I was surprised to see 2015/16 was incomplete even though she earnt, through PAYE (she works in a school) around £10,500 in the tax year 15/16.

Has anybody else experienced inaccuracies in their NIC record?

Thanks
Andy

Yes happened to me a few years back. HMRC had mislaid data transferred from my employer. Since it happened for about 80 people in the same company it was easy in that case to track down and rectify.
