Removing CCJ from credit reports

My partner has a CCJ on her reports.
From what can be ascertained she had a debt while at a previous address. Ultimately she somehow (doesn't recall) received notification of the CCJ at her current address. From calling the courts the information I have is..
CCJ issued: 8/7/16 £525
CCJ marked as paid in full, direct 25/7/16
Creditor: Cabot financial
My question is, does she simply write to the issuing court requesting the CCJ be removed seeing as it was paid within 30 days?

From Registry Trust:A judgment registration is only removed because it was:
a) entered in error,
b) paid before the court date,
c) cancelled because full repayment was made within one calendar month of the judgment date
If judgment was entered in error, application must be made to the court to have the judgment set aside for which a court fee of £255 is payable (payable to HMCTS). If granted the court should notify us to remove the judgment from the register.
From 6th April 2006 when the court are provided with evidence that a judgment debt has been paid in full either before registration or within one calendar month of the judgment date the registration will be cancelled and removed from the register once we have been notified by the court.
You may also apply in writing to the relevant court for a Certificate of Cancellation enclosing:
a) evidence that the debt has been fully repaid with one calendar month of the date of the judgment
b) a statement advising that reasonable steps have been taken to obtain such evidence but you have been unable to do so,
c) a statement advising that you believe the evidence of payment within one calendar month of the date of judgment is already held at the court; and the court fee of £15 (cheque payable to HMCTS)0
