Catching up with Payments

I got myself into a situation where I missed a couple of payments on one thing, to pay for another thing (usual scenario) I have contacted all my creditors and arranged to continue my normal monthly repayments plus pay back the arrears on top until I am straight. My question is - on Experian I now have a couple of missed payments - will the payments that I am making to cover the arrears and my normal payment keep showing as further missed payments until the outstanding monies are cleared? I hope Im being clear here as Ive confused myself just typing it. For example I missed 2 payments on my car (Nov, Dec) I am now in January making my normal payment for my car plus a bit extra. Will my January payment therefore show as late, and Feb and March and so forth until the account is in order?
