personal loan question - mortage age?

Hello,
I'm in the process of a personal loan application with Hitachi and after telling them I am a home owner with a mortgage the next question is 'Mortgage age?'

Is this the time I have had the mortgage?, the length of the mortgage ?, my age when mortgage payed?

Any advice on this greatly appreciated.

    Asking Hitatchi what they mean is probably the best course of action.

    If its similar to woolwich then it means when do you plan to retire, however best to task them

    :rotfl::rotfl:Logically I would say it means how many years old is your mortgage
    The instructions on the box said 'Requires Windows 7 or better'. So I installed LINUX :D:D
