Thanks for the code, just ordered 2 suede jackets (one for me and an identical one for my 19 year old daughter - my choice must be trendy!) and some new jeans and got the 15% off!

Chose the 'next day delivery' for tomorrow morning cos I'm off away tomorrow night for my wedding anniversary and the bank holiday weather forecast isn't all that great. Thanks again!

Hello

I recently purchased a bed using one of the buy now pay later codes, and a month later, having initially confirmed the order by phone and long since taken delivery of the item...I've received a statement requesting the first payment next month!

Just called them up and a very rude lady spoke to me who was adamant that Buy Now Pay Later codes cannot be used by new customers, that it would have only been valid for items in the main catalogue and not in a leaflet [??] (er, it was ordered on the internet you silly bint) and that as such I am not entitled to this payment scheme. This several weeks after receiving and setting up my bed.

I also haven't received 20% off my first order (through opening a credit account online) because according to her "the systems don't show that I placed the order online".

What are my options? I'd appreciate any advice anyone has to offer.

Call again and ask to speak to the head of the customer services dept.
I've found that it can take a few calls to get any problems resolved with Grattan, but usually get there in the end.
You may find that they won't pass your call on without you going thoruhg it all again, but equally, you may find the next person you talk to more helpful.
If this doesn't work, send them an e-mail explaining everything through the website and make sure you keep a copy of it all. I "think" they send you an automatic response with a query log number and tell you how soon you should expect a reply.

You should be able to track your order details through the website - its worth doing this first to see if the payment terms and discount are confirmed on there.

Here is a code from Grattan catalogue for 10% off any order.

Valid till 31st January 2008.

Order code = ZA77.

Dont forget to use this along with pigsback or quidco to get money back too.:D
