F & F Accepted - but a question

Hello, Just a question regarding an accepted F & F offer*. As my default is over 6 years there is no way at all they can do anything to get this back on my credit report is there? The default has dropped off with the credit agencies so I don't want anything negative back on there. Just a bit worried there is something they might do to me there.
* I know people like to keep track of this so 7 years on DMP never once changed my monthly payment or missed it to Cabot via Bluestone Credit Management. 45% accepted with no haggling at all and about 23 months before it would have been paid off.

If it does re-emerge, you would have to raise a complaint to get it removed.
It shouldn't go back on your file, just keep an eye out, on another note, are you aware you should not be paying anyone for a DMP ?
